The Plankist app, your plank video timer. Nothing is better than doing exercise and stay at home in the current situation. Plankist is the easy way to do plank session everyday and achieve daily goal. Home workout, plank is easy considering only take less space but complete the full body workout.

Features:

+ Plank 30 Days Challenge
You can complete challenge from any day, but once it start, you have to keep up daily goals and meet with requirements. You can find the detailed plan in the app.

+ Plank Timer and Camera
This is the major feature. We allow you to record your session, on the top bar before you start, press record button, and when you start, we will record your session. Later you can edit your session or save recorded video to camera roll.

+ Tabata Planner
We allow you to edit a Tabata timer session for yourself, if you don't like to do plank. You can use that for any other exercise.

+ Export and Import your Tabata Plan
We allow you to copy paste your plan, so you can import and export from your clipboard.
