Your personal coach for breathing and posture, made fun!

This app works together with the Prana device, found at www.prana.co

Good breathing and posture are at the heart of most mindfulness and meditation practices. Prana is a unique wearable and app designed to track both of these vital body characteristics together using real-time sensor feedback.

BONUS FEATURE: For fitness applications, Prana’s sensors can also measure your body, tracking 14 distinct body measurements.

TRAIN BREATHING

How we breathe matters, and can significantly impact our sense of wellness. Specific types of breathing exercises can assist with reducing stress and anxiety to help produce a state of calm and relaxation. They can also assist with sleep, focus, energy, and feelings of peacefulness.

Prana makes doing breathwork interactive, engaging, and fun so you can more realistically integrate it into your life as a powerful resource. Training sessions are as short as one minute.

Prana guides over 80 different breathing exercises—sourced from ancient traditions to modern practices—using live sensor feedback to help you breathe according to the exercise. Prana can also detect and guide diaphragmatic breathing.

TRAIN POSTURE

Prana also trains your complete back posture, having the unique ability to train both your lower and upper back, also with live sensor feedback. Good posture supports good breathing, and provides its own extensive list of benefits, including assisting with improved core strength and better appearance.

Prana allows you to train breathing and posture together, or individually.

GAMIFIED VISUAL TRAINING

Provides a fun interactive way to do breathing exercises. Your inhalations and exhalations control the movement of an animated character flying through a visualized breathing pattern. Different background environments and ambient music set you on your breathing journey. Slouching stops the movement temporarily.

BUZZER TRAINING

Allows you to close your eyes and be guided to breathe with a gentle buzzer, signaling when to inhale, exhale, and hold, while also providing live sensor feedback for each breath and posture. It’s great for meditation and mindfulness practices.

TRACK YOUR BREATHING AND POSTURE

In addition to our primary training modes, you can also use Prana to track your breathing and posture in the background as you work. Our advanced tracking mode can detect:

• Faster than usual breathing
• Email apnea (unnatural pauses in breathing often due to stress)
• Exhalation to Inhalation ratio (also can be a stress indicator)
• Average and real-time respiration rates
• Slouching and number of slouches
