This is amazing
First when i downloaded it i was a little afraid about the idea of being hipnotizated, but last week i was in a really bad situation with a lot of stress, i needed to relax so i opened the app and it was amazing.
It's really good to relax, and you always stay concient so you can stop it if you don't feel good or something.
I really recommend it also the iphone version because you can relax hearing music in the app itself. it comes with a lot of good songs..
