- Redesign of the app menu to give a clearer overview of your settings

Bug fixes:
- Tapping on a shift card now shows the shift information as intended
- Rotas now opens the last location viewed instead of resetting to the first location in the list
- Day notes on list view now appear on all dates, not just the start and end date for that day note
