"The Custom Delivery App is part of a fleet management solution that allows companies to dispatch orders, track their workforce, enable on-demand deliveries, and provide digital POD's for deliveries and in home services.
Using the Custom Delivery App, delivery drivers can provide real time visibility to customers, retailers and dispatchers automatically, removing the need for time consuming phone calls.
This app allows users to:
» Get a birds eye view of all assigned tasks.
» View customer order details
- call or text with just one tap.
» Get directions and an optimized path to your destination.
» Obtain digital customer signatures, notes and photos as a proof of delivery.
» Provide automatically generated updates on ETA's and order progress.
- View live delivery vehicle locations
- Provide time and location stamps on all fleet activity
Disclaimer: App uses GPS co-ordinates in order to track vehicle location. We have designed the App to limit the GPS usage, however high usage of the App may drain battery life faster then normal. "
