Pésimo servicio
Fui en grupo a alquilar bicicletas, y como solo se puede alquilar una bici por persona, todos tuvimos que registrarnos.
Mi registro no funcionó , y como no tenía bici tuve que hacer otra actividad.
El servicio técnico malísimo, tardaron horas en contestar, ni siquiera leyó mi reclamo, y encima me “culpo” de haber ingresado mi dni con puntos (cosa que hace la app sola).
El peor alquiler de bicicletas
No utilices esta aplicación, es una estafa y una estafa. Este es el peor alquiler de bicicletas y el servicio al cliente más inútil. Completé el recorrido en 1 hora y aseguré la bicicleta, pero me cobraron durante 3 horas. El equipo de soporte no quiere hacer nada.
Funciona horrible
Le dejo una estrella porque no es posible dejarle solo media.
Tarda una eternidad en reconocer el pago, las bicicletas son un caos para retirarla, y otro para poder devolverlas.
Tenes que armarte de paciencia para sólo poder ANDAR EN BICICLETA, no vale la pena, es más para estresarte que otra cosa.
