Based on your individual profile, Trainee creates a custom nutrition plan. These include food and portion recommendations for your three square meals and two daily snacks, so you can eat healthy without counting calories or fretting over ingredients. Easy to follow and filled with delicious options, Trainee can make sticking to your diet a piece of cake.

DAILY WORKOUTS

Using your profile, Trainee recommends daily exercise routines complete with instructional videos. With routines that focus on different muscle groups and activities styles, you can stay well-rounded and ensure you don’t get bored. The app also allows you to track your past activities, which helps you monitor your progress.
