Ingreso correo y contraseña e indica “compruebe que la dirección de correo electrónico y contraseña la son correctas” (está claro que lo revisé varias veces y sí son correctas). Uso la herramienta en la versión de escritorio de mi computadora pero con la app es imposible acceder.
Horrible
Le pongo una estrella porque no le puedo poner 0. Una vergüenza que una APP que se usa para empresas ni siquiera funcione.
Ingrese mi mail y nunca más inicio, lo intente varias veces y nunca se solucionó.
Patético, los bordes inferiores se cortan en las esquinas curvas del iPhone X.
Ni siquiera se preocuparon por hacer bien la APP.

Hi and thanks for sharing your feedback. Currently, the one issue with iPhone X and 'cut corners' is when transitioning from the initial login screen to the SSO web page for SSO users.
If you are an SSO user, there is a moment during during screen transitions where there is a black bar at the bottom of the screen. Our development team is working on an improvement. Can you confirm this is your issue?
If you‘re using your company‘s SSO, this might also explain login issues that you experience. Have you raised a ticket with your IT or is this a different issue?
