Estimado usuario, Lamentamos que la aplicación no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Queremos aclarar que la aplicación no cobra $1000 por semana. El costo semanal es de tan solo 199 pesos mexicanos, pero es importante mencionar que nuestra aplicación es completamente de paga debido a los costos asociados a la generación de videos con IA, que requiere de recursos importantes.

We apologize for the delay in receiving your video. Occasionally, when demand is high, the AI video generation process can take up to 2 hours. Once your video is ready, you’ll find it in the **"My Videos"** section of the app. Additionally, you will receive a notification from VIDU once the video is successfully generated.
We’re also excited to let you know that we’ve released **Version 2.1**, which includes the new AI Hug Video feature! Please update to the latest version to enjoy these new capabilities.
