This bundle includes 4 Heart Rate Variability (HRV) apps either using the camera (i.e. no hardware required) or bluetooth low energy sensors (or both), to compute, record, store and export heart rate and heart rate variability data.
The bundle includes:
- HRV4Training: morning assessment of resting physiology
- HRV4Biofeedback: deep breathing exercises to train the parasympathetic system
- Camera HRV: research and self-experimentation, spot check measurements using the phone camera
- HRV Logger: research, self-experimentation and aerobic threshold estimation, using bluetooth sensors
