Still Beta
Aiphoto like honestly most of the Asustore Apps seem to be still in Beta. App crashes when starting to upload photos from iphone.

Sorry for inconvenience, we would really like to help you.
1.Are you using the manual upload when crash? Or the auto backup?
2.Which iPhone and iOS version?
3.Are you using Cloud ID? Or IP?
4.Are you using Wi-Fi the same network with NAS? Or 4G
5.How many photos are you trying to upload? Also, does it contain videos?

Nicht mehr so gut wie AiFoto, leider
Lösst man diese App (AiFoto 3) immer offen werden leider neue Fotos nicht mehr automatisch hochgeladen. Man muss explizit in die App reingehen damit die neuen Fotos hochgeladen werden. Bei dem Vorgänger (AiFoto) wurden neue Fotos sofort hochgeladen ohne dass man in die App reinging, es reichte diese im Hintergrund offen zu haben.
Bitte diese Funktionalität auch bei AiFoto 3 wieder einführen sonst leider unbrauchbar!!

Sorry for the late reply,
AiFoto3 will not stay in background for over 10 minutes. This is iOS limitation even for Google Photos.
However, as for some backup tasks been cleared causing not backup photos, you might need to manually upload those photos which originally in the backup tasks. The newly taken photos after the latest app update should not have problem.
