Using the service requires the Audi connect plug and play app as well as an Audi DataPlug, which can be obtained from your Audi partner and connected easily with your vehicle.

Hi nochmal.
Wollte eben eine Anfrage an den Support in der App senden. Funktioniert leider nicht :/
Deshalb hier nochmal die Antwort: Ich verwende die aktuelle App und iOs Version. Es wurden auch schon einige Tankvorgänge erfasst. Durchschnittsverbrauch ist immer noch um den Faktor 10 zu hoch.

Fehler
Leider auch bei mir, die App Crasht beim öffnen. Anfangs funktioniert sie tadellos, sobald man die App schließt und wieder auf macht funktioniert diese nicht mehr. Deinstallation/Neuinstallation, Handy neu starten etc zeigen keine Wirkung.
Somit ist der Plug ohne der App nutzlos.
App gehört baldigst aktualisiert!!

Aufzeichnungen lückenhaft IOS
Aufzeichnungen werden bei kurzem Stopp bei einem Tankvorgang abgebrochen. Ebenfalls kann es vorkommen das die Aufzeichnung einfach abbricht während der Fahrt! Bei Verwendung des Carplay mit Kabelverbindung zum Handy funktioniert die Aufzeichnung überhaupt gar nicht! Die App ist Audi nicht würdig!

die Supportfunktion über die App funktioniert nicht! (versuchen sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt, es geht nie hab sehr oft versucht!)
