kompliziert und funktioniert nicht

Ich habe den 2. Versuch gestartet mit dieser App meine Sibelius- Dateien auf meinem Smartphone abspielen zu können. Dazu muss man sich theoretisch mit dem Account anmelden. Das ist allerdings schon die erste grosse Hürde, weil die Anmeldung selten bis gar nicht funktioniert. Auch das Upgrade des Cloud-Speichers verlief negativ - die Bezahlung wurde aber akzeptiert, das heißt: ich habe gezahlt, aber kein Upgrade des Speichers. Ein Email an den Support blieb bis jetzt ( 1 Woche) unbeantwortet.
