Is this an RPG Game?

When I downloaded this game I thought, that it’s an RPG Romance game, where you have to make your own decisions. I am finished with the prologue and already at Chapter 3 with the story, but I had no decisions to make whatsoever. It would make more sense to make this into an Anime series or a Manga series, but not a game if you won’t let the player make their own decisions.

eh, ok...

if it wasn't for the somewhat adorable stories, this game would be nothing but a repetitive and time consuming nightmare.
