Vertrauenswürdig?

Ich habe gerade das erste mal kurz durch die App gescrolled und gleich zwei Rezepte gesehen die absolut nicht für schwangere geeignet sind: Zimt kann frühzeitige Wehen auslösen (mit einem Zimt-Punch hab ich meine erste Geburt „eingeleitet“) und Thunfisch sollte man ja angeblich auch überhaupt nicht zu sich nehmen wegen dem Quecksilber - zumindest hat mir meine Hebamme davon abgeraten.

Anyway, ich bin mir nicht sicher ob man sich dann überhaupt an die Übungen wagen sollte wenn bei den Rezepten schon solche No-Go‘s dabei sind?!

Hi there, thank you for your concerns! Cinnamon eaten in excess is definitely best avoided during pregnancy, however the small amounts used in baking and cooking are not believed to be harmful. Any recipes we do have that include cinnamon call for a very small amount as an added spice, it is never a main feature. Also, tuna serving sizes per week do vary by country (we always recommend no more than 2 servings of any oily fish per week). For pregnancy we only feature canned light tuna in our recipes, which has a very low rate of mercury incidence and is considered safe and beneficial due to its unique nutritional profile. All of our workout programs and meal plans have been built by certified prenatal fitness trainers and nutritionists so you can know you're getting safe, trusted guidance. I hope that helps to know!
