Dear help team,
how can i cancel the app? it was charged from my credit card but i do not use it any longer so i dont want to continue, how can i cancel it?

Thank you for purchasing Betternet.We are sorry for the inconveniences you had experience with our app.

To cancel auto-renewal from your Mac device:

1. Launch iTunes and sign into your Apple account.
2. To the left of the search bar, click the profile drop-down and select **Account Info**.
3. Enter your Apple ID password and click **View Account**.
4. In the Settings section, click the **Manage** link for your subscriptions.
5. On the right of your Betternet subscription, click **Edit**.
6. Click on **Cancel Subscription/Trial** (depending on your case) and confirm to have the subscription cancelled.

**FROM YOUR iOS 11**
1.Launch the Settings app.
2.Tap iTunes & App Store.
3.Tap on your Apple ID.
4.Tap View Apple ID when the pop-up window appears.
5.Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
6.Tap Subscriptions.
7.Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
8. Tap your Betternet Premium subscription.
9. Switch Off Auto-Renewal and then click Confirm.

For help cancelling auto -pay, please contact us through our app tap 3-Bar icon and please select the second option"Contact us", then click on "Something Else" to guide you through the steps.

Too complicated/doesn’t work

Couldn’t make it work on my Mac, despite following all instructions on the help page. Infuriating. Wants you to change settings in your Network. Windscribe is so much easier to use. Don’t recommend!
