Ladies and Gentlemen Your system is wonderful. The only thing about it is that it's not easy for the new users to understand and mistakes happen. I had problems ordering a taxi yesterday. I accidentally reserved 5 times without xzi knowing that I ordered because the reservation was not confirmed! In the morning there were 5 limousines in front of the door. It said I had to pay all, at least the amount shown on the taximeter for waiting etc. I called Careem headquarters and explained my problem. The gentleman on the phone informed me that they would charge me for the waiting times for all vehicles and credit them back to me in the app. I hope that's exactly what happens!
