Not usable
I have to agree with the previous review. Most of the time I am not able to take calls with the iPhone app and the voice quality is bad. The desktop app is slightly better.

While we acknowledge the issues you've mentioned, we want to highlight that we've been actively addressing these concerns with each of our recent app releases. We've received recent feedback on some improvements, and our development team has been hard at work to enhance the performance and reliability of our iPhone app.
In the meantime, we recommend using the desktop app because, as you mentioned, it provides slightly better performance. We understand the importance of reliable communication and are committed to making the necessary improvements to meet your expectations.
Big fail
The app work horrible, cannot use it because in 90% of calls I cannot hear the person who call me.
The support from Cloudtalk says always that problem is from my Internet connection. Very easy, problem solved.

We are sorry you did have such an unpleasant experience with our mobile app. I would like to let you know that our CloudTalk Go application was redesigned from scratch. It went through some major voice improvements and bug fixes. Our remastered application is now available for download. We would be glad if you try the rebuilt CloudTalk Go app and give us your feedback. Also, please ensure you have at least the 4.0.1 version installed on your device.
App is crashing all the time
I can’t even make a call, because the app is crashing all the time. The few times I made it into the app, it froze…
