CmdRef is NOT an emulator and does NOT allow you to type Windows CMD commands on your Mac.
Windows command prompt (CMD) is a proprietary application that allows users to control their computer from a command line which is especially helpful when fighting viruses. CmdRef is a fantastic learning tool for those new to command prompt, and an excellent, portable dictionary for every expert too! CmdRef's clean, modern design was created with an emphasis on ease of use and reliability. Instead of searching all over the internet for that command you just can't seem to remember, open CmdRef and find it in seconds!

Not more than a command reference could look like
The idea of this app is good, but that is it.
It just provides a collection of poor and incomplete screenshot fragments of the help texts (/?) of most commands; some are even missing, or a useless output is shown.
For this app to become valuable, the help texts should be included as (selectable) TEXT rather than pictures, of course for ALL commands and in a COMPLETE manner.
So like it is now - do not by!!

OK....sie ist gratis und einem geschenkten Gaul schaut man nicht ins Maul
-> abgesehen davon, ist die integrierte Hilfe in der CMD Shell besser, weil dort zumindest was drin steht, im Gegensatz zu dieser App...
