App throwing server error all the time

Unable to do anything with the app. It says server error even when you kill it.

SCAM on cancellation

I was always ok with the service until it came to the point I moved out and I want to cancel my home internet.
Without having any active contract I went to the Du store they helped me to cancel it trough the app.
Few month later I got shocked. They kept charging.
Even I showed the proof that I paid the final bill they said they haven’t seen anything in the system.
Then it happened in January again but this time I recorded everything.
„Luckily“ cause few month later the next shock, nothing received from their side they are continuing to charge.
Then you become quite a „slave“ of them. Cause even one department said yes it was their fault you still have to called different department on different times. If not - they keep CHANGING YOU.
So be aware I lost out if this few thousand AED

Spamming ads via push notifications

Every day I get push notifications about some new mobile plan I should update/subscribe to. AppStore rules state that there needs to be an easily discoverable way to disable those ads via push notifications. I couldn’t find this setting so now I disabled push notifications for the app. Really annoying
