App throwing server error all the time
Unable to do anything with the app. It says server error even when you kill it.
Logged in but no account details visible
The app doesn’t provide any details about my account. Even though I’m fully logged in no information is visible. instead they give you information that a new app is coming and you can chat with an agent,however, the chat bot is completely useless and you will not transfer you to an agent.
SCAM on cancellation
I was always ok with the service until it came to the point I moved out and I want to cancel my home internet.
Without having any active contract I went to the Du store they helped me to cancel it trough the app.
Few month later I got shocked. They kept charging.
Even I showed the proof that I paid the final bill they said they haven’t seen anything in the system.
Then it happened in January again but this time I recorded everything.
„Luckily“ cause few month later the next shock, nothing received from their side they are continuing to charge.
Then you become quite a „slave“ of them. Cause even one department said yes it was their fault you still have to called different department on different times. If not - they keep CHANGING YOU.
So be aware I lost out if this few thousand AED
