Nicht gut strukturiert
Ich habe bisher keine funktionalen Mankos feststellen können. Jedoch dauert es etwas bis man die App durchblickt hat. Es ist wirklich kein Nutzerfreundliches Design, es riesen Manko an dem tollen Staubsauger Roboter
1A Roboter mit leider katastrophale APP
Wir mussten unseren Roboter leider aufgrund der absolut katastrophalen APP wieder zurückschicken. Vom mehrmaligen Kartenverlust bis ständigen Überlappungen war alles dabei (findet man leider auch zu genüge in den Amazon Bewertungen). Wir gaben der APP auch einige Chancen es besser zu machen und räumten wieder alles beiseite, ließen alles neu kartografieren und Stunden oder ein paar Tage später wieder ein Problem mit der Karte.
Wir wollten uns zwischen den beiden Spitzenmodellen T8 AIVI und Roborock 6v Max entscheiden und wenn man rein den Roboter betrachtet geht der Punkt auch klar an den Ecovacs, leider ist die Software von Ecovacs dermaßen schlecht programmiert dass man diesen Traum von einem Roboter einfach in den Müll werfen kann. Lautstärke, Saug- und Wischleistung, Design... alles Top, nur eben leider nicht die Software. Schade, ist uns selten so schwer gefallen ein so gutes Gerät wieder zurückgehen zu lassen aber mal sehen, vl findet Ecovacs ja auch noch irgendwo vernünftige Programmierer und wir können es zu einem Späteren Zeitpunkt nochmal mit einem T8 oder Nachfolger versuchen. Mit unserem Roborock sind wir derzeit jedenfalls zufrieden, kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch wenn die Reinigung nicht so angenehm leise ist, die Software ist es wert.
Funktionen nutzlos
Warum? - Bereiche teilen funktioniert nur, wenn der Roboter diese selbst bei Kartenerstellung benannt hat. Bei uns das Problem, dass die gesamte Wohnung vermessen ist, allerdings nur 2 Bereiche erkannt, der Rest einfach als freie Fläche angezeigt wird. - Kartenerstellung immer fehlerhaft. Dieselbe Karte mit denselben Räumen wird gelöscht und falsch überschrieben, sobald einmal eine Zimmertüre geschlossen ist. - Bereiche benennen schlecht durchdacht. Eigene Labels / Namen vergeben nicht möglich. So habe ich 3 Schlafzimmer, allerdings ohne weitere Unterscheidung.
