Problem mit Ort
An sich eine gut durchdachte App, leider ist sie jedoch für mich unbrauchbar, da man die gewünschte Adresse genau eingeben muss und keine Google Vorschläge angezeigt bekommt. Das macht das nachträgliche Eintragen extrem umständlich. Ich hoffe es folgt zukünftig noch ein Update, damit die App wieder interessant für mich wird.

Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support, wurde mir in wenigen Minuten mehrmals geantwortet und perfekt weitergeholfen. Ich habe die App nun mehrmals verwendet und bin sehr zufrieden damit.

Das freut uns sehr, so soll es ja auch sein. Natürlich können wir direkt im Support viel besser und schneller helfen als auf der Bewertungs-Plattform, die mit Support eigentlich nicht zu tun hat, da es teilweise mehrere Tage dauert, bis unsere Antworten veröffentlicht werden oder ihre Bewertung überhaupt zu sehen ist. Es freut uns sehr, dass sie nun zufrieden sind und wir schnell helfen konnten. ok - Handling nicht Sonntagsfahrertauglich
Bin EPU und muss Fahrtenbuch führen. Fahre aber viel mit der Bahn. bin also auch geschäftlich Sonntagsfahrer. So ganz intuitiv ist die App leider nicht …

Doch eigentlich schon, aber es ist komplexes Thema - nutzen Sie das Handbuch auf der Website oder wenden sich bei Fragen direkt an uns kein Problem! Wenn Sie Fahrtenbuch nach Ihren Ansprüchen konfiguriert haben werden Sie sicher sehr zufrieden sein. Allzeit gute Fahrt Ihnen!
Dank an Support
Habe die App jetzt einige Wochen und wollte, dass alle Fahrten automatisch aufgezeichnet und gespeichert werden. Mit Kurzbefehlen wurde die Einstellung gemacht. Leider funktionierte nichts. Die Aufzeichnungen ergaben völligen Unsinn, zB. Eine Fahrt an einem Tag von Kitzbühel nach Oberpullendorf wurde gespeichert mit Beginn am Vortag in einer Zeit von 10 Minuten. Nach einer Reklamation beim Support wurde ich angerufen und erklärt, dass ein Update wegen iOS 17 erfolgen wird. Nach diesem Update funktioniert jetzt alles wie gewünscht. Auf diesem Weg einen Dank an den Support.
