Use our FH Health concierge to answer questions about your service or check-in to your appointment seamlessly upon arrival. Receive push notifications when your results are ready and view or download your lab results directly from the app. Connect your OHIP or Passport number for easy use of your test results.

Booking Lab Tests has never been easier! Here’s how:

1. Open the FH Health App and book a lab test at one of our many convenient locations across Ontario.
2. Upon arrival at one of our clinics, use the QR code on your Appointment Pass to instantly check-in.
3. Monitor the status of your test results on the Results page.
4. Get notified via Push Notification the moment your Test Results are ready.
5. View and Download your results directly from the FH Health App.
6. Immediately chat with the FH Health concierge about your results.
