You can now find 5 new warmup & cooldown routines in the Explore tab. Warmups & Cooldowns help prevent injury & optimize your workout performance, so be sure to work them into your sessions.

Gute App zum trainieren, aber sehr zugemüllt
Die app macht das gleiche wie viele andere auch. Was im neuen update gut ist: man sieht ein video der übung - das hatte ich vermisst! Jedoch ist die app vollkommen unübersichtlich. Die social media sachen nerven, nach jeder übung soll man einen kommentar abgeben, was bedeutet dass man einmal mehr auf weiter klicken muss. Und das schlimmste: ich kann nicht einsehen, wieviel pushups ich heute gemacht habe bzw welche übungen heute im programm waren. Dafür kann ich produkte wie fitnessmatten kaufen, vollkommen sinnfrei!! Man sollte die features drastisch reduzieren und sich auf das wesentliche konzentrieren: das training. Und obwohl ich das coach abo habe werde ich jedes mal gefragt ob ich die app mit oder ohne coach entdecken möchte, bitte fixen!!
