Added new input field type - "Custom date". Configure date fields as you need. Any date format, timestamp or even auto fill it with current date on send. Improvements: No need to manually select next field during form filling. "Done" button tap will do it for you. "Save" button on Input fields configuration screen moved to top right corner.

Fixed issue when data was saved only in first sheet.

Sending data to spreadsheet now works faster; Target list will automatically add additional rows and columns if needed;
