Achtung unkorrekte Abwicklungsmodalitäten
Während der Probeabozeit wird einem ein lebenslanges Abo zu einem wirklich fairen Preis angeboten. Ich habe dieses lebenslange Abo angenommen und musste dann feststellen, dass ich in der Folge mit einer Jahresgebühr und der lebenslangen Abogebühr belastet wurde. Das ist eine fiese Abzockemethode und wurde mir aufgrund meiner Supportanfrage ein Promocode für ein weiteres ev. zu verschenkendes Abo angeboten. Es ist anscheinend nicht möglich den zuviel bezahlten Betrag zu refundieren. Dieses Lernapp an sich ist wirklich gut und es macht Spass damit zu lernen. Die „1 Stern“ Bewertung bezieht sich daher nur auf die unkorrekte Vorgangsweise.
11.10.2022: Es dürfte sich da um einen Irrtum seitens Apple gehandelt haben. Nach Reklamation bei Apple hab ich dann die irrtümlich belastete Jahresprämie zurück erhalten. Wie bereits erwähnt, ist diese Lernapp ausgezeichnet und es macht Spaß und motiviert zum lernen. Ich habe deshalb die Bewertung auf 5 Sterne korrigiert.

Gute App, wird aber nicht altualisiert
Ich habe mich für die kroatische Version entschieden und auch abonniert. Leider kann man dort außer Vokabeln nur ganz wenige Sätze erlernen. Ein weiterer Ausbau wird versprochen aber nicht umgesetzt. Deshalb ist der Lernerfolg nach anfänglich viel Spaß leider nach einigen Monaten nicht nachhaltig.
Ergänzung: Vielen Dank für Ihre seriöse Antwort. Natürlich verstehe ich, dass die Entwicklung Zeit braucht. 350 Sätze ist für eine Sprache aber etwas wenig und hat sich die letzten 11 Monate nicht verändert 😔.
