Nicht alle Programme abrufbar - kein Support

Ich habe ein Jahresabo abgeschlossen, weil ich Faszientraining und Rückenübungen machen wollte und habe zahlreiche Programme entdeckt, die auf mich zugeschnitten waren. Nun habe ich nur Zugriff auf ~50 Programme von den 116, die auf der Startseite erscheinen (keine Faszienworkouts und kaum Rückenprogramme dabei!). Support meldet sich nicht auf meine Anfrage. Nie wieder! Gymondo wird sicher nicht verlängert!

Seit 1 Monat warte ich auf Lösung vom Kundenservice

Das Kundenservice ist de facto nicht vorhanden. Ich hatte ein jahresabo abgeschlossen , die App erkennt das auch, dennoch lassen sich die Premium-Inhalte nicht öffnen .
Dem Kundenservice hatte ich dies gemeldet und beschrieben . Nach zwei Wochen kam die erste Rückfrage , seitdem sind weitere zwei Wochen vergangen und ich warte immer noch auf eine Lösung .
