Not even a single thing works
Evereytime the log in has to be redone, even pressed the button for saving my data.
Reservation are ongoing until to the last page and then suddenly an error message or the app crashes down completely.
Also their homepage is terrible.
I’m already considering to choose different car rental station.
Hertz you should feel ashamed to provide such an horrible app as the biggest rental car company. Terrible!
Shame
The company should be ashamed to offer a defunct and outdated app like this, how can Hertz not be bankrupt?
Schlechteste App aller Zeiten
Ich habe in meinem Leben noch keine schlechtere App als diese gesehen. Sie funktioniert nie, wenn man sie braucht. Das Layout ist furchtbar. Reservierungen zu machen oder gar zu bearbeiten artet in Arbeit aus. Man muss viel Geduld und Zeit mitbringen. Besser die Homepage mit einem Laptop/PC verwenden.
