Heyrise connects health & fitness with personal, human support from experts and a playful approach to exercise in order to motivate employees in the long term, including those who are difficult to reach with conventional health initiatives - whether in the office, production, field service or workshop.
The app scores with an individual, tailor-made training plan (based on demographic data, job profiles, personal goals,...) with exercises to prevent common muscular complaints. In addition to our strengthening exercises, we offer a range of boosts, short fitness and mobilization snacks in between, which are ideal for the lunch break and everyday work.
Integration with Apple Health (Apple HealthKit) makes it possible to monitor all recorded activities & fitness training within the HEYRISE app, increase your HEYRISE score, and to achieve your goals. You can also export completed workouts from your individual training program to Apple Health & Fitness.
In addition, real coaches are available to your employees in the app with advice and action. These also motivate those in your workforce who are difficult to reach with conventional fitness offers & health initiatives by communicating regularly with your employees via chat and video, defining personal goals in coordination with each individual member & evaluating and interpreting results.
