some servers not stable

Even tho i am using Hotspot Shield with an Elite subscription the server connection is not stable enough: connection often cuts and takes long to establish. Mostly using it to watch Netflix content from other countries but US servers dont work anymore, Canadian one recently not working, Australian connects to Japanese servers, etc.
The app is recently becoming more and more useless.
I am expecting more––after all i pay for the subscription...

Have never had any issues. Does what it should do extemely well in a simple way.
