in.touch 2 streamlined application makes it very easy to control and program functions and features of your spa from your smartphone or your tablet, even when you’re away from home. Push notifications will always keep you informed on the status of your spa, even when your app is not open.

Even when you’re away from home, you can get a full control of your water-care settings, filtration cycles, water temperature, economy modes, accessories and a lot more.

Requirements:
To use this app, you need the in.touch 2 transmitters from Gecko Alliance. There is no compatibility with the in.touch first generation.

Unreliable app

For a pool that costs quite a bit this app is definitely not in comparison.

Bad, unintuitive UI
Atrocious loading times
Unexplained error states
Icons not self explanatory and lack a subtitle
Refresh when re opening already open app is incredibly long
No easy swap between spa‘s available
Why is there white dot going around the temperate state?

Please, this are easy to fix measure to better the overall experience.

Die App ist ziemlich instabil und muss öfter mal komplett neu installiert werden, weil sie komplett streikt.

Veraltet und langsam

App wirkt sehr veraltet und passt nicht zu einem Whirlpool, welches fast 20.000€ kostet.
Außerdem lädt alles ewig und derzeit wird auch häufig ein Fehler beim Verbinden angezeigt
