Description
Real-time info from your fire alarm system directly to your smartphone. Now with call function and stored fire protection plans.
The Integral Mobile app enables the display and control panel of a fire alarm system to be directly displayed on a smartphone.
The application is provided in combination with the S2service Connect web application service (secure connection), which is hosted on the SecureOnlinePlatform (SOP-secure infrastructure).
After successful login, it is possible to select from fire alarm systems that are assigned to the user. If only one system has been assigned to the user, the system selection is skipped directly to save time.
The fire alarm panel can be operated on the virtual control panel in the same way as the fire alarm panel on-site.
If there are several systems, the system list now shows directly whether the system can be reached (online).
Geofencing area setup
Operation may be restricted by national regulations or when requsted by customer. With the geodata query activated, the smartphone/tablet remains still available for display and notifications outside of the premises.
Events
The events of the connected systems are displayed for 31 days.
The color scheme indicates the type of event:
- green: miscellaneous messages from the fire alarm system
- blue: messages such as logging in, logging off
- black: connection failure between S2service Connect and the fire alarm system
Revision message of the fire alarm control panel
- yellow: malfunction of the fire alarm system
- red: Alarm set off by the fire alarm system"
Fire protection plan
- The stored fire protection plan can be called up by tapping on the symbol image.
- The image can be zoomed in using the slider.
- In addition, the fire protection plan can be started from the push notification by tapping on the "Plan" button.

- Search of the system reference number
Provide unique email address:
Integral Mobile will now ask you to provide your email address.
- This allows for personal user management, such as the "forgot password" option.
- Please enter a unique and personal email address (not e.g. office[at]company.com).
The addresses provided will not be used for promotional messages.

Kritische Mitteilungen
App funktioniert wie sie soll. Aktivierung der kritischen Mitteilungen am IPhone wäre super, da bei Stummmodus kein Ton abgespielt wird.

Ansich eine gute und durchdachte App.
Grösster Kritikpunkt ist das für die Notifications speziell für Alarmierungsmeldungen auf Kritische Mitteilungen zurückgegriffen werden sollte.
Sodass die Akustische Mitteilung auch im Stummmodus und immer mit voller Systemlautstärke des iPhone ertönt.
Weiters wäre es von Vorteil wenn die Verfügbaren Alarmtöne offizielle Pagertöne sind.
Schon ganz gut... aber
Generell gute App, jedoch:
Bei Revision müssen alle Notifications bearbeitet werden, da jede Auslösung mitgeteilt wird... Eventuell ein Revisionsbutton?
Die Anzeige der Hinweise stürzt ab und zu ab, führt alle gelesen nicht richtig aus...

In der aktuellen Integral Mobile Version besteht die Möglichkeit Revisionsbenachrichtigungen einzustellen.
Die Anzeige der Hinweise funktioniert nun einwandfrei.
Verbesserungen betreffend Performance wurden ebenfalls unternommen.
