JawSpace® is the first digital platform combining TMD self-care with research. Designed for those living with Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD, or 'TMJ'), it provides evidence-based tools to help self-manage jaw & facial discomfort, jaw clicking, headaches, and more. JawSpace was designed and developed in collaboration with researchers and clinicians from Newcastle University to support those living with jaw-related discomfort, providing structured tools to complement your self-care journey. Guided tools & content library • Evidence-informed resources on jaw discomfort, persistent TMD, pain science and other TMD associated symptoms • Guided jaw exercises for mobility, strengthening, and relaxation • Step-by-step guided tutorials for thermal therapy and self-massage • Calming techniques, including deep breathing, and progressive muscle relaxation exercises 2. Expanded symptom tracking & insights • Daily check-ins to log symptoms such as discomfort, clenching, and sleep quality • Track trends and patterns to support greater self-awareness • Export data into PDF report 3. Build better habits by creating daily routines: • Smart reminders to stay consistent with your care routines • Tools to help support long-term habit formation and daily self-care 4. On-demand relief tools: • The JawSpace relief kit offers quick-access strategies for managing difficult moments or flare-ups 5. Now with audio accessibility: • Listen to written content throughout the app with Speechify integration – ideal for learning on the go or when reading is difficult Subscriptions will renew automatically unless turned off in your App Store Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your App Store Account settings. If you subscribe before the free trial concludes, the remaining trial period will be forfeited once the purchase is confirmed.
