Kickstarter 12+

Ich musste dreimal das ganze Prozedere durchmachen, bevor es endlich geklappt hat. Kann nur hoffen, dass mein Beitrag jetzt nicht dreimal abgebucht wird. Sonst tolle Sache!

Ich habe auf Kickstarter 3 Prejekte unterstützt, leider war eines davon ein Reinfall - daher muss ich hier auch eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben. (2 Sterne gibts für die 2 erfolgreichen Projekte)

Mir ist ganz klar, dass Projekte schiefgehen können oder sich verzögern - aber bitte keine Prejekte aus Hong Kong etc. unterstützen!

Kickstarter sollte in dem Fall sein Modell ändern und Rückerstattungen ermöglichen oder wenigstens einen Gutschein für ein weiteres Projekt rückerstatten.

I did know that I have to be patient, but my first experience with kickstarter was quite bad. I trusted the kickstarter “project we love“ label and the project I trusted then, was unfortunately really disappointing so far. I backed for a project last year, and it was promised to be shipped in January. I completely understand the delay due to corona, but the main problem is, I feel like the project organisers keep constantly lying to us. Of course it could have been worse like not answering the comments and messages at all… luckily they are quite quickly and polite with responding. But that’s not enough when they can’t keep up with their promises. Also I’ve never paid extra 200$ for shipping costs, that was really shocking… Now I‘m getting more and more nervous what I still have to pay when the product will be imported and that the product, if I will ever receive it, also won’t work like promised… and that were exactly my fears about backing a kickstarter. I also missed the promised „love“ in the project, it was not like I expected a kickstarter to be, the whole procedure was pretty standard and we had to write a lot of comments to get the needed information… I‘m sad to leave you just one star here… I will delete my account if I ever receive the product because I feel helpless and I‘m really frustrated and disappointed.
