Wrong prices
The engine is good in principle but the prices are often wrong. You get an email with cheap prices, but when you click on one of these flights the prices are always higher hab before. I don’t understand why they do that. It’s so frustrating.

Avoid booking
The app itself is good and easy to use. However booking via Kiwi I would never recommend. Deceiving Kiwi guarantee does not cover basically anything, lousy customer service. This horrible experience has cost me almost 1.000€ for having to buy new tickets which Kiwi does not refund.

Nicht empfehlenswert
Die Flugpreise werden günstiger angeboten, aber wenns um Veränderungen geht( wie Flug storniert) bietet Kiwi-Plattform nur teuere Angebote. Wenn man das Geld wenigstens zurück haben will, bekommt man viel weniger. Bsp.: Ich habe 2 Flugtickets ca um 400€ gekauft, aber bei Stornierung bekomme ich nur 130€ zurück. obwohl mein Flug vom Fluggesellschaft abgesagt wurde.
Den selben Vorfall habe ich bei einem anderen Fluggesellschaft gehabt, wo ich die Tickets von Originalen Seiten gekauft und da habe ich das gesamte Geld wieder zurück bekommen.
Also nie mehr bei Kiwi was kaufen😤
