Klarna missachtet eigene AGB
Beim Kauf auf Rechnung soll man nicht bezahlen bis man die Ware erhalten hat,so steht es in der Klarna AGB. Trotzdem verrechnen sie dann Mahngebühren wenn Dinge zu spät kommen. Als ich auf die AGB hinwies antwortete Klarna mir nicht mehr. Skurrile Praktiken sind das und lassen Klarna sehr unseriös wirken.

Hallo Samuel, danke für dein Feedback. Es tut uns leid, wenn du diese Erfahrungen gemacht haben solltest. Natürlich musst du nicht für Waren bezahlen, die du noch nicht erhalten hast. Dennoch läuft die Zahlungsfrist von zwei Wochen, sobald du die Rechnung erhalten hast. Solltest du innerhalb dieser Frist keine Ware erhalten haben, ist es sehr wichtig, dass du dich bei uns meldest und die Rechnung, beispielsweise in der App, pausierst. Dann steht deine Rechnung auch erst mal nicht zur Zahlung aus und du kannst den Händler in Ruhe fragen, wo die Ware gerade steckt. Wir hoffen, dass wir dir weiterhelfen konnten. /Christopher

Ich kann seitdem ihr mit H&M verbunden seid nichts mehr kaufen!!
Bin seid Jahren dort Kunde hab immer alles bezahlt und jetzt gibt man mir einfach die Freigabe nicht für Rechnung bezahlen!!Kreditkarte hab/ will ich nicht und somit werde ich einfach abgewimmelt mit der Antwort wir nehmen uns das Recht erst zu sehen ob man ein verlässlicher Käufer ist!!!ääähhh man bekommt ja nicht mal die Chance dazu es zu beweisen andere Möglichkeiten zum sofort bezahlen gibt es auch nicht also hat man als Kunde Pech!!!

- Versuche, zu einem kleineren Betrag zu bestellen.
- Stelle sicher, dass du deine korrekten persönlichen Daten benutzt.
- Informiere dich bei der Schufa über deinen aktuellen Schufa-Score.
- Bezahle offene Rechnungen zuerst
Wenn es weiterhin nicht klappt, muss ich dich bitten, eine andere Zahlart wie Kreditkarte oder Sofortüberweisung zu wählen.#
