Fixes:
• Previous reads now properly show their start date in the edit form
• Color scheme picker now shows the correct theme colour chosen

Features:
• You can now mark an in-progress book as DNF (Did Not Finish) to reduce clutter in the app while still maintaining your reading stats.
• In the library view, you can now sort books by recent reads and recently added.
• When deleting an author, you can now reassign their books to a new author.

Fixes:
• You can now click anywhere on other books in a series, not just on the text.
• New authors will no longer have multiple spaces in their names.
• Title and author text on a book are now selectable for copying.
