Each authentication is reviewed by 2 authenticators. The results are made available through a public Authentication Certificate link, which can be shared with anyone. Need a phone number to register. When I write my phone number the last two digits do not work. They just remove instantly when I type these. As a result no code is sent to my phone number = no registration.
