Funktioniert wieder
Seit dem letzten Update muss ich mich immer neu anmelden. Login funktioniert nicht mehr mit FaceID. Bei Online Käufen ist es neuerdings erforderlich, den Kauf über die App zu bestätigen. In der App wird aber nichts angezeigt. Nach Gespräch mit dem Kundenservice und Neuinstallieren der App trotzdem keine Besserung. Hoffentlich wird das so schnell wie möglich behoben, da die App so gut wie unbrauchbar geworden ist.
NACHTRAG: Nachdem ich nochmal angerufen hatte, wurde mir gesagt man soll nach dem einrichten des App-PINs drei Tage lang keine Online-Käufe tätigen und die App NICHT öffnen. Dies sei eine Sicherheitsmaßnahme. Das hab ich gemacht, seitdem gibt es keine Probleme mehr. Das hätte man bei der Umstellung seitens DKB auch klar kommunizieren können. Für die Umstände und monatelanger Probleme mit schlechter Kommunikation daher ein Stern Abzug.
Traurig
Milliarden Konzern ist nicht in der Lage eine funktionierende App zu machen. Ständig stürzen, Login Probleme, mangelnde Funktionalität und futures einen modernen Finanzapp! Echt traurig
