NGHA-SSHR e-Services Mobile application enables managers anywhere and anytime, takes quick action on approval requests of absence and procurement.
Provide users with access to their personal information and contact details, payroll details.
Allows administrative tasks like applying for various leaves and request for employee certificate.

Now application allows Employee to Delegate user when applying for TRA.
Commonly used requests like TRA, Pay slip & Employee certificate can be accessed from the home page.
Manager can see their sub ordinates in Organization chart.
Employees can see their family details from within the application
Employee can apply for Business leave, Professional leave, Sick leave along with attachments.
Employee can check the status of their final clearance request.
Employee can apply for Employee Social Club membership.
Manager will get realtime notification for various requests.
