The MOEOP application is a user accessory offered with MSBA’s Center for Education Safety emergency operations plan development tool (MOEOP). The application is designed to provide authorized users, such as school personnel, first responders and other essential stakeholders, with immediate access to vital information necessary for effective and life-saving response during an emergency. Floor plans, photos and flip charts are just a few of many resources accessible with this app from any qualifying mobile device.
The application is directly connected to the institution’s emergency operations plan and provides direct and timely access to information critical for the user. Floor plans and photos can be available to assist in effective response from emergency services while flipcharts and evacuation routes are immediately available for viewing on a mobile device of those needing to escape or take shelter.

We've just launched a new update to our mobile app, featuring:
- District Administrators and Facility Administrators can now view emergency operation plans, flip charts, and resources directly from the app.
- Resolved the issue of app hanging when switching to another app and returning.
- Removed the mistakenly appearing horizontal scrollbar.
