In your garage you can manage the bikes you own and view the available documentation. Furthermore, you can configure the motorbike of your dreams and share it with your friends or send it to your Ducati dealer.

MAINTENANCE
In the maintenance section you can access the services carried out on your Ducati*, view the scheduled services, and be informed in real time about available updates so you’re always sure that your bike has the highest level of safety and functionality.
*all service coupons performed from July 2019 on motorcycles registered since 2015 are available for viewing. Scheduled services are visible on motorcycles manufactured from 2021.

DEALER
The best way to find the dealer closest to your location and how to reach it. Choose your favourite dealer, check the services offered and contact them directly if you have any queries.

Ansich wäre es eine top APP, aber seit ca 6 Monate bleibt sie nur hängen- man kann nichts nachschauen oder Garage usw usw

Berichte gehen auch nicht- nur Startseite sonst nichts

Not good, sorry to say

This app is sadly one of the worst I had ever seen.
Mixed languages in buttons and text, most of the time it doesn’t load any content at all, confusing organization of information and so on
In the end, I have no clue why I should use this, I don’t see any customer benefit at all

Could be improved

Photos from the iPhone don’t work. I have to create a jpg first to update my bikes picture.
The app doesn’t work well on the iPhone 12 Screen in top and bottom…
The new service/maintenance/guarantee part is helpful.
