For example, NIVONA offers its customers a small short manual with videos via app for the first commissioning and the first purchase with their new machine. Important tips on the use and cleaning of the machine as well as the coffee itself are also integrated in the app in video and text form. And since NIVONA attaches great importance to customer service, the app's versatile service aspects are also convincing.

- Bugs related to the "device not ready" message have been improved
- Two cup issues have been fixed
- The "AromaPreSelect" UI element is now centered
- Translation issues in the UI have been fixed

- White background on iOS has been fixed

Known issues:
- Sometimes there is a timeout when switching the Flying Picture.
- Making a "MyCoffee" in NICR1040 does not work properly.

Macht nicht das was es soll

Die App syncronisiert bei der Verbindung nicht die Daten mit der Maschine. Wenn vorher mit der Maschine direkt Rezepte erstellt werden so wird das nicht in der App angezeigt. Die App schreibt dann die eigenen Daten einfach drüber und das Chaos kann beginnen ..... Eine träge Bedienung ist leider auch vorhanden. Nachtrag November 2021 Auch bis jetzt wurde keine Änderung an dem Sync-Fehler vorgenommen. Habe wieder einmal probiert mit der Maschine zu verbinden. Es wurde nur das Preselect Arama verstellt und gleich nachher waren wieder alle Rezepte der Maschine ohne Vorwarnung verstellt. Also ein kleiner Tip sn die Programmierer, entweder ihr macht mal was fertig oder ihr lässt solche halben Sachen gleich offline und ärgert keine Nutzer damit!
Ein Jahr später ist noch immer nichts geschehen. So wie es aussieht hat Nivona die Programmierer gekündigt und findet keine neuen. 😀😆😀

Sehr schlechte App

Leider kann man die App nicht mit der Kaffeemaschine verbinden, keine Funktion.

Unbrauchbar

Synchronisiert nicht, es gibt keine Updates. Sowieso zur Bedienung unbrauchbar, wenn die Maschine aus ist, denn zuerst muss gespült werden und dann steht man eh an der Maschine.
