Brilliant, BUT

Please make the app paid so you can divert more resources to development.

For example it would be good to hide the toolbar when scrolling in the text, plus many standard things in iOS apps with smooth UI.

Another big thing would be spotlight integration.

This is one reason why I still use Apple notes for storing many things that don’t require so much context or aren’t lengthy. It’s just more accessible. Swipe down, type in keyword and boom I can access the relevant information.

In comparison searching an obsidian file works (yes I can open it via spotlight) but I can’t edit it. To edit I need to go into obsidian and open it there which is complicated and creates a lot of friction.

Hire someone who knows how to do state of the art. I don’t mind paying for an improved user experience.

Just look at ANKI. Anki is free on desktop, buy you have to pay for the iOS app.

Considering the amount of time I use this very day it makes sense to maximize and I’m happy to pay for it.

Apart from that this iOS app is amazing. Great work!!
