App is still in BETA stage!!!!

when trying to find my route the app informed me that the application is in BETA stage and therefore errors might occur. I‘ve payed 10,49 Euros for an App which is not working. Dowloads take far too long, suggested routes are not correct and errors might be some errors in the route calculation. Please advise how I get my money back. Thank you. Claudia.
