The only way restricting my phone usage that works for me. I have tried different Apps to stop me from scrolling but nothing compares to this. Having the physical key did the trick. Highly recommendable!

It's never been easier to get distracted. We have many distractions especially with social media apps and reels. OffNow does what it says. It helps you block the distractions with the help of a card. I really like the idea and simplicity of the feature. I highly recommend it to someone who wants to be more focused in their daily life.
