Great support team. However has multiple fails still
The service is not as perfect they display it.
You have to stake 100 PLU (~500$, as sept2021) in order to get nice functions, otherwise you have a limit of spending 250€ per month to benefit from the 3% reward.
They give you just UK bank accounts, so if you are in EU it costs you to send money abroad to just top up the card.
The Decentralized exchange to buy PLU is terrible, I’m 2 weeks and could buy just 6 PLU. The orders take entire days to fill (and you know how crypto prices fluctuate, so is a headache to make it work), I need 94 more to get benefit from the 3% reward.
Overall, I recommend to stay away from the service until it gets improved enough...
