Refund Policy
Forgot to cancel my subscription in time (it was by a few minutes) and asked for a refund and the customer service brought some excuse as the refund policy is only valid for 30days, so J was not able to get a refund even though U explained the situation. In my opinion one of the worst experiences with customer services, usually when you ask for a refund I got really kind and understanding answers. Especially as a student, money is usually tight and the customer service should be more accommodating. That’s like zero points from me and I wouldn’t recommend this app.
