Take the journey to Rainbow Country. You explore three levels of body scan, meditation and sharing.
You customise the character who represents you. Pick your favourite colours and the way you wear your hat.
The app is divided in three levels with a little mission to try before going to the next level.
Level 1: Sun. Watch and click the figure - an interactive experience where you learn to focus your mind in your body.
Level 2: Cloud. Use your mind to make the same journey around your body as before, only this time you close your eyes and make the body scan by memory.
Level 3: Rainbow. Visualise the colours and energy going from the rainbow through your heart-center and out to a person you love.
Meditation gives focus and new energy. Rainbow Country introduces consciousness and bodyawareness. Meditation is for everyone and with this app you can get a simple and fun introduction to an exciting world of meditation and mindfulness.
